    If you are not completely satisfied with your Sierra Enterprise product, simply send the product back to us within 30 days (must be in good condition and in its original packaging). You must first obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) number before returning your part. You can get this RMA number by emailing us at sales@sierraenterprises.biz

    Original packing slip or copy of invoice, as well as RMA number, must be included in your shipment.

    As soon as your product arrives, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price minus shipping costs to your credit card, or, if you prefer, we will mail a refund check to you.

    Please be aware that items can to get lost in the mail; therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship back to us with some form of delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
